Whether you’re coming with family, friends, or another company, you’ll have the entire house to yourselves, so there’s plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company without distractions. It’s the ideal place for camaraderie, relaxation, and conversations you’ll remember for years to come.

The Accommodation
The house offers plenty of space while ensuring privacy for everyone. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living area with an open kitchen—the warm heart of the home—where you can cook, dine, and spend long evenings together. In addition, there are four unique tiny house-style rooms, each with three levels: a cozy sitting/sleeping area downstairs, a loft with an extra bed, and a private bathroom. In total, there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms, equipped with comfortable single and double beds, so everyone has their own cozy spot. Outside, a private terrace awaits where you can enjoy drinks or breakfast in the sun, and at the communal fire pit, you can end the day together in a cozy atmosphere with a drink and good conversation. Wi-Fi is also available.

What makes this stay extra special are the included activities, which are specially designed to foster connection and fun. For example, there’s the option to participate in a creative collage workshop. Inside the house, you’ll discover a mini escape game where you’ll solve puzzles and riddles together to gather all the ingredients for a bonding moment. There’s plenty to do outdoors as well: a sports game awaits on the grounds, providing energy, fun, and connection. And even after check-out, the adventure continues. A beautiful hike around the Albaplas, a unique protected nature reserve, awaits you. Along the way, you’ll come across QR codes with surprising challenges that will give your weekend a playful and meaningful finale.

Please note
The house is not suitable for groups with multiple guests who have limited mobility. There is only one double bed on the ground floor, which stands on legs. Therefore, if multiple guests have limited mobility, they will need to use the stairs and sleep on a low bed.

The Surroundings
The house is located in a quiet, green setting that invites you to relax and spend time together. From the house, you can easily walk or bike straight into nature, past the Albaplas and the many trails that crisscross the area. There are plenty of options for day trips nearby: explore Apeldoorn with Paleis Het Loo, the Apenheul, and the Julianatoren children’s park, or visit De Hoge Veluwe National Park with the Kröller-Müller Museum. Whether you choose an active day outdoors or a cozy evening together indoors, here you’ll find the perfect balance between nature, comfort, and togetherness.

For stays in 2027, the additional costs and the security deposit amount will increase. The landlord will contact you regarding the settlement of the price difference. The rates for 2027 are as follows:
- Security deposit: €150 per house
- Cleaning fee: €165 per house
- €2 per person per night tourist tax
- €18 for a sheet set
- Bookings for more than 10 people; 11th person and beyond: €48 per person per night
