Awesome 12 people country house w/ wellness

Totally relax and enjoy the coziness and luxury in this beautifully furnished country house. This vacation villa with a living area of almost 300m2 has a large enclosed garden and features fine wellness with infrared cabin. There is also a bar/café for the adults while the children have fun on the large playground with climbing options. The country house can be found in the Belgian village of Baarle Hertog. This Belgian exclave is located in the south of the Netherlands. The holiday home can accommodate as many as 12 people. It is therefore an ideal group accommodation for, for example, 2 families or a family.

The accommodation
The holiday home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (with shower and toilet), a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace overlooking the garden. This holiday home has a private garden, barbecue facilities, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. In the separate garden building, you have access to a lovely infrared cabin (included in the price). There is also an outdoor shower (cold) and a separate toilet here. For cycling enthusiasts, there is the possibility of renting bicycles (reserve in good time) or you can park your own bikes in the bike shed so the bikes can be covered and put away safely. The owners want to offer guests a complete stay with luxury and tranquillity. This is greatly appreciated by the guests who have stayed here so far!

The surroundings
The country house is located near the centre of Baarle (4.5km) with several brasseries and cafes whether or not equipped with a nice playground. Ideal for families who want to spend a nice time together. The house is also 40 km from the Efteling, 31 km from Bobbejaanland and 33 km from the centre of the nice city of Breda. Want to make an outing and don't feel like walking or driving back yourself .... no worries! The landlord works together with a regular cab service which will gladly bring you back to the vacation home.
