The home can accommodate up to six people and offers plenty of comfort with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large, fenced-in yard. The bright living room features two seating areas and large windows overlooking the greenery. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a cozy dining area. Outside, you’ll find two patios, lounge chairs, and plenty of privacy. Children can play safely in the garden and at the park, which also features a playground, bike rentals, and a restaurant. Pets are not allowed, making the house particularly suitable for people with allergies. Parking is available on the property, and there is space for bicycles under the carport.

The Accommodation
The house features three comfortable bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, combination microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. The living room features two seating areas, a smart TV, and a spacious dining area. The garden is fully fenced and has two patios with patio furniture and lounge chairs. For families with small children, a high chair, a crib, and toys are provided. A washer and dryer are available.

In the mood for a fun activity? Challenge each other to a game of bocce on the private court. There are two sets, each with three bocce balls, as well as a special kids’ set, so young and old can enjoy the game together.

The Park
