Spend your holiday in this luxurious, detached waterfront villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located in an exclusive resort in the province of Zeeland. The villa is situated on the Walcheren peninsula and features a private jetty, a spacious rooftop terrace, and a total living area of approximately 185 m².

The Accommodation
The spacious living room includes a stylish seating area with a gas fireplace and a smart TV with streaming capability. The large dining area comfortably seats your entire group. The fully equipped kitchen offers a second dining space, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. Through the sliding doors in the living room, you access the spacious terrace on the water, complete with a comfortable lounge set and dining area. The terrace includes a swim ladder and a private mooring for your boat. There is also a rooftop terrace with a luxury lounge set – the perfect place to relax after a day out or to enjoy the sunset.

On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms include a walk-in shower and a sink. On the second floor is a third bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom, also with a walk-in shower and sink. The villa has a total of three toilets.

There is space to park at least two cars in front of the villa. You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi, an outdoor storage room with a washing machine and dryer, ample bike storage, and underfloor heating throughout.
