The holiday home
This spacious penthouse is located on the third floor and is equipped for 4 persons. The entrance provides access to a bedroom with ensuite bathroom with double sink and a rain shower. In the hall you will find a separate toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sink, rain shower and toilet. Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made for you and towels are provided. The spacious and attractively furnished living room has a comfortable seating area and a Smart TV. From the living room you can enjoy a beautiful view of the marina and the farmlands. The spacious, luxuriously equipped kitchen has comfort appliances, including an induction hob, a combination microwave, a refrigerator with freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a separate room with a washing machine, dryer, high chair and crib. The enthouse has a spacious terrace and offers several seating areas with luxury garden furniture. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views. Your pet is welcome and the luxury apartment has one private parking space. Your (electric) bikes can be stored in the double garage box under the apartment.

The vacation park

There are several outdoor and indoor playgrounds, a game hall and an animation team that organizes all kinds of fun activities. Sports enthusiasts can have fun on the tennis court, miniature golf course, soccer field and archery range. If you want to explore the area you can rent bikes if you prefer to go on the water you can rent canoe, pedal boat or surfboard. The area

Water sports enthusiasts can have a great time here, sailing, supping, kite surfing or simply swimming. From several places along the coast you can spot seals. At low tide, they often rest on sandbanks in the Oosterschelde. There are also boat trips from Zierikzee where you can watch them up close. At the beach pavilions you can enjoy delicious local dishes, such as fresh mussels and Oosterschelde lobster. The surroundings also lend themselves perfectly to beautiful hiking and cycling tours. Cycle over the imposing Oosterscheldekering, discover the nature of Oosterschelde National Park or take a trip past picturesque villages and vast polder landscapes. If you prefer some culture, the historical town of Veere is nearby, where you can stroll along the marina, enjoy cozy terraces and discover its rich history. A must-see is the Deltapark Neeltje Jans, here you will learn all about the Delta Works and admire sea lions and rays up close. Animal lovers can take a look at Berkenhof Tropical Zoo. In this indoor tropical garden (in Kwadendamme) children can admire exotic animals, explore a dinosaur forest and play in the indoor play jungle.
