This luxurious and stylish holiday villa is located in a small-scale holiday park in the Dutch province of North Holland with 11 modern dune lodges.
The park lies directly adjacent to the Schoorl Dunes – a unique and expansive dune area with numerous hiking and cycling trails. The holiday homes are heated CO₂-neutrally and feature solar panels and EV charging stations to minimize environmental impact. Put on your hiking boots or hop on a bike and explore the untouched nature. The beach at Schoorl aan Zee is just a 15-minute bike ride away.

The Holiday Home
This lovely 6-person lodge includes a private parking space next to the house as well as an extra parking spot opposite the lodge, equipped with a personal EV charging point (400V / 11 kW). The living room is warmly and tastefully decorated with a comfortable sitting area, Smart TV and a spacious dining table.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge and coffee machine. The house has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double boxspring bed is located on the ground floor, along with a bathroom featuring a shower and toilet – ideal for guests with limited mobility.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms: one with a double boxspring bed, and one with two single boxspring beds. The shared bathroom is luxurious and includes a rain shower, washbasin and toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy long summer evenings on the terrace in the sunny garden, complete with stylish garden furniture. The entire lodge is equipped with underfloor heating via a CO₂-neutral pellet system.

Pets are allowed (maximum 2).

Surroundings
If you love the beach and the sea, this villa is perfect. You can cycle to the beach in just 15 minutes. Prefer the car? Hargen aan Zee and Camperduin are highly recommended. Closer to the house, there’s also much to explore – such as the famous “Klimduin” (climbing dune) in the center of Schoorl. At the base of this 51-meter high sand dune are cozy cafés and restaurants. The dune also gives access to a beautiful forest and dune area perfect for walking. Want to shop? The charming city of Alkmaar is just over 10 minutes away by car – don’t miss the famous cheese market.
