The holiday home
This attractive detached villa for 10 people is situated on a generous plot. Upon entering the villa you have access through the entrance with guest toilet to the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The spacious living room with two separate sitting areas and patio doors to the terrace has a wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV with digital TV and foreign package. The cozy open kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer with a cozy dining area. In the storage room with additional fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer is also room for your bicycles. On the first floor is a particularly spacious bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and patio doors to the south-facing garden. The large bathroom has a double sink, bathtub and separate rain shower. From the hall you can access the stairs to the first floor.A spacious landing gives access to four large bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The fenced garden has lots of privacy and is ideal for children and pets, and there are three parking spaces at the villa. Your pet is welcome in this villa.

The vacation park
Dive into the subtropical swimming paradise with a large indoor pool, slide, rapids and a special children's pool for the little ones. When the weather is nice, you can also swim in the North Sea or play on the beach, which is located right next to the park. Need to completely unwind? Visit the wellness area with sauna and Turkish steam bath or treat yourself to a relaxing massage. For the children there is plenty of playtime fun. There are several outdoor and indoor playgrounds, a game hall and an animation team that organizes all kinds of fun activities. Sports enthusiasts can have fun on the tennis court, miniature golf course, soccer field and archery range. The entertainment team ensures an unforgettable holiday with craft workshops, sports tournaments and fun evening shows. There is also a Kids Club where children can make new friends and have fun for hours.

If you want to explore the area you can rent bikes if you prefer to go on the water you can rent canoe, pedal boat or surfboard. These facilities have various opening hours but are generally open often.

The area

Water sports enthusiasts can have a great time here, sailing, supping, kite surfing or simply swimming. From several places along the coast you can spot seals. At low tide, they often rest on sandbanks in the Oosterschelde. There are also boat trips from Zierikzee where you can watch them up close. At the beach pavilions you can enjoy delicious local dishes, such as fresh mussels and Oosterschelde lobster. The surroundings also lend themselves perfectly to beautiful hiking and cycling tours. Cycle over the imposing Oosterscheldekering, discover the nature of Oosterschelde National Park or take a trip past picturesque villages and vast polder landscapes. If you prefer some culture, the historical town of Veere is nearby, where you can stroll along the marina, enjoy cozy terraces and discover its rich history. A must-see is the Deltapark Neeltje Jans, here you will learn all about the Delta Works and admire sea lions and rays up close. Animal lovers can take a look at Berkenhof Tropical Zoo. In this indoor tropical garden (in Kwadendamme) children can admire exotic animals, explore a dinosaur forest and play in the indoor play jungle.
