This modern villa for 6 people features a spacious living room with comfortable seating area and dining table. The open kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and separate sink is also on the first floor. The toilet is separate from the entrance. The second floor has two large double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Through the doors in the living room you reach the garden with a lovely sunny terrace with whirlpool and barbecue.

The villa is located in a quiet corner on the edge of the small-scale park. Next to the house is space to park the car - with its own charging station. Pets are not allowed.
