Luxury 6-person holiday home with cozy gas fireplace, in a unique location right on the Lauwersmeer. From your own whirlpool you have a breathtaking unobstructed view over the water from. The villa has a spacious, bright living room. Here you will find a comfortable sitting area with a warm gas fireplace and a spacious dining table. The open kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. On the first floor you will also find the master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and separate sink. The toilet is separate at the entrance. The second floor has two large double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Through the doors in the living room you reach the spacious garden with a lovely sunny terrace with whirlpool and barbecue.

This villa has a shared swimming jetty. Next to the house is space to park your car - with its own charging station. Pets are not allowed.
