Tucked away among the trees and right in the heart of the Veluwe lies this beautiful holiday home. The holiday home is located in a cozy family resort surrounded by nature. From the vacation park, however, you can also reach the center of Apeldoorn in no time. There’s plenty to do at the vacation park itself, so you can fully enjoy a carefree holiday with the whole family.

The Accommodation
The detached bungalow in the woods sleeps 6 people. On the ground floor is the living room with a seating area and French doors leading to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator with freezer. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. In addition, there are two other bedrooms, each with two single beds. The holiday home has two bathrooms: one with a toilet, sink, and bathtub, and the other with a toilet, two sinks, and a shower. The garden features an outdoor fireplace, patio furniture, and a picnic table—perfect for relaxing.

The Park
On gray days, there’s nothing better than a refreshing dip in the indoor pool and the separate children’s pool. From 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., you can swim laps here in peace and quiet. For fitness enthusiasts, there’s exercise equipment, and a wellness center with a sauna and plunge pool where you can unwind. In the cozy lounge behind the front desk, you can enjoy a cup of coffee. Want to stay active? Play table tennis or challenge someone on the all-weather tennis court. The Kids’ Club is located at the front desk, where children can do crafts or play games. Or let them burn off some energy on the air trampoline, swings, or climbing structures scattered throughout the park.

Food lovers can head to the restaurant with its sunny terrace, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, a hearty lunch, or a delicious dinner. The menu features a variety of dishes made with fresh fish and meat, as well as tasty vegetarian options. In the mood for pizza? You can order fresh pizzas 24/7 at the pizza kiosk next to the front desk. Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast of fresh rolls, available through the roll service. For small essentials, visit the cozy park shop next to the front desk. Want to explore the area? Bicycles, children’s bikes, and e-bikes are available for rent at the front desk, so you can discover the beautiful natural surroundings at your own pace.

Surroundings
There’s plenty to do for the whole family in the area surrounding the vacation park. For example, the charming city of Apeldoorn is nearby, where you can walk among the monkeys at Apenheul, visit Paleis het Loo, or enjoy plenty of adventures at Julianatoren Amusement Park. Apeldoorn is also home to Omnisport, which features a velodrome and an athletic track. In the area surrounding the park, impressive castles sometimes dot the landscape. If you bike the popular 8-Castles Route, you’ll pass Vorden Castle, where you can also take a look inside. From the vacation park, it’s just a short walk to the Loenense Waterfalls. You’ll also find national parks nearby, such as Veluwezoom National Park and De Hoge Veluwe National Park, where you can wander across vast heathlands, through the woods, and over sand drifts. De Hoge Veluwe National Park is not only the largest national park in the Netherlands; the Kröller-Müller Museum is also located right in the middle of the park. The museum houses the second-largest Van Gogh collection in the world. In just half an hour, you can also find yourself in the “Sahara of the Low Countries,” Kootwijkerzand.
