The modern recreation villa with a surface area of over 95 m2 is an example of Dutch Design. Large glass walls offer views of the surrounding nature that hosts a wide variety of birds, deer and rare species. The houseboat has 2 bedrooms. A large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. On the houseboat, there is a bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet. There is also a second separate toilet. The sheltered garden on the quay has several lounges and a private small harbor. During low season and in the evenings, it is an oasis of peace and quiet.

In high season you will see a variety of passing boats from Giethoorn to one of the many lakes; sloops, canoes and local boats for transporting reeds and cattle. It is a unique location to completely unwind and a great starting point to explore the various attractions of Overijssel, Giethoorn and National Park Weerribben-Wieden.
