About this accommodation

The Villa is privately located in the northeast of Lanzarote, spectacularly overlooking the bay of Arrieta and just a short walk away from the ocean. With 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms it is the perfect home for a family holiday, a team workation or a group of friends. In the large garden you will find a heated swimming pool, a trampoline, a beach volleyball field and various fruit trees, herbs and vegetables for you to enjoy.

Downstairs, the Main House provides 3 bedrooms with 2 queen and 1 king size double bed as well as 2 bathrooms, one of them ensuite. Upstairs you will find a gallery to work or read a book, 2 large terraces and a 4th ensuite bedroom with spectacular views over Arrieta Bay area with the rolling mountains in the background.

The adjacent apartment is the perfect extension for a large family or friends. With a master bedroom plus ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest room with a loft bed, the apartment boasts privacy. It also has exquisite sunrise ocean views and a warm and welcoming decor. We value privacy. The apartment can be rented along with the main house, but will never be rented separately.

The Pool House has its very own magic and comes with yet another breath-taking ocean view. Mostly built with natural lava stone from Lanzarote, this room can be used for yoga, meditation or private massage sessions but it might also perfectly serve as a separate bedroom room. If the timing of your stay with us is right, you could even have the ultimately romantic experience of watching the full moon rise over the ocean from your very comfortable matrasses.

The Pool House has an ensuite bathroom and shower, a fridge and tea making facilities, so you never have to walk far from your sunbed by the heated pool to get yourself a well-deserved and refreshing drink!

Relax in the shadow under the palm trees and listen to the wind. Discover your favourite place to read, sunbathe and daydream. Feel free to pick anything the garden has to offer: papayas, dates, mangos, dragon fruit, pepper and fresh herbs. You could also challenge the kids to a match of beach tennis or play beach volleyball with the whole family. The trampoline could be a tough one for parents but a game of Marco Polo in the heated pool is fun for everyone. End your adventurous day by the fireplace and enjoy a lovely dinner around the large table.

Please note that by renting out this private house, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. The use of the pool is at your own risk. We strongly recommend that children who cannot swim are supervised at all times. Please be aware that the pool is heated but quickly loses temperature if not covered with the pool cover.
2. It is recommended to look after your children when playing in the garden, as there may be hazards due to cacti, unadaptable fruits, rocks that might be loose, and roofs that are easily accessible.
3. Jumping in the pool is not recommended as it is very shallow (1.45 meters).
4. Parts of the pathways may be slippery when wet, especially in the morning.
5. The use of the fireplace and the gas oven is at your own risk.
6. The use of the trampoline and the swing are also at your own risk.
7. The water is not drinkable.
8. Tenants are responsible for not throwing any toilet papers or similar items in the toilet.
9. All doors should be locked when leaving the house.
10. The owner does not cover any losses, thefts, or damages.
11. Trash or food should not be stored openly, neither in the garden nor in the house, as it may attract insects and other unwanted guests.
12. We would like to remind our tenants that loud music and parties are not allowed at any time to respect our neighbors' privacy and to avoid any disturbance or inconvenience. Please keep the noise level to a minimum, especially during the night hours. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Please be aware that failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the termination of your rental agreement. By renting this property, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
