The houseboat is suitable for 3 persons and has two bedrooms. Furthermore, the houseboat has a cozy wood stove, a comfortable air conditioning (heating and cooling) and a kitchen overlooking the water.
There is a nice terrace on the boat to enjoy the sunset (or rise) and several seating areas have been created in the lush garden that is lovingly maintained.
Parking is on private driveway.
The houseboat is in the middle of nature in a sheltered spot. You can enjoy swimming or fishing (if animal-friendly) from the boat and a round trip in the available rowboat or canoes. In the surroundings you can make beautiful walks and bicycle tours.
The houseboat is located between Rotterdam and Delft in the Schie. The surroundings are quiet and rural. You see birds, cattle, farms with monumental trees, high canals, dikes and pumping stations.
De woonboot is geschikt voor 3 personen en beschikt over twee slaapkamers. Verder heeft het de woonboot een gezellige houtkachel, een comfortabele airco (verwarming en koeling) en een keuken met uitzicht over het water.
Er is een lekker terras op de boot om te genieten van de zonsondergang (of opkomst) en in de weelderige tuin die met liefde wordt onderhouden, zijn diverse zitjes gecreëerd.
De parkeerplaats is op eigen oprit.
De woonboot ligt midden in de natuur op een beschutte plek. Je kunt hier heerlijk zwemmen of vissen (mits diervriendelijk) vanaf de boot en een rondje varen in de aanwezige roeiboot of kano's. In de omgeving kun je mooie wandelingen en fietstochten maken.
De woonboot ligt tussen Rotterdam en Delft in de Schie. De omgeving is rustig en landelijk. Je ziet vogels, vee, boerderijen met monumentale bomen, hoge vaarten, dijken en gemalen.

A wonderful place to relax and feel at ease. Rotterdam and Delft are easily accessible by bus and bike, and we always looked forward to returning to our lovingly furnished boat at the end of the day to unwind.

The houseboat is charmingly and practically furnished, with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. The beautiful garden with shaded seating areas is a big plus. It’s in a quiet location, yet cities like Rotterdam and Delft are easily accessible by bike.
