B&B for 5 persons on old industrial estate

As soon as you drive through the gates of this estate, you enter another world. An industrial heritage hidden in the Veluwe region. In this place, copper and wood were once worked using the power of the waterfall. Today it is a beautiful location for weddings, events and a unique overnight stay.

A copper crushing plant was established on the estate in 1732, then converted to a cigar box factory in 1870. Today the estate still houses a furniture workshop. In the national-monumental factory buildings, many elements of the old Sawmill of the Cigar Box Factory are still visible and these create a particularly pleasant atmosphere. The waterfall is also still present and provides serene tranquility.

The atmospheric bed and breakfast was set up in the former warehouse of the Cigar Box Factory in 2017.

This accommodation is suitable for a total of 5 people. The 2 bedrooms each have a luxurious double box spring bed and each has a private bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet. You also have access to the common lounge room with a lovely sitting area and a kitchen with a Nespresso machine, kettle, oven and refrigerator (no possibility to cook).

Breakfast is included and will be served in the lounge.

Outside, by the waterfall, there is a terrace where it is pleasant to stay on nice days. The estate is located exactly between the cities of Apeldoorn, Zutphen and Deventer, so you have plenty of opportunities to visit a nice city. Also, the Hoge Veluwe national park is nearby. Here you can enjoy hiking or cycling.
