Large holiday home with pool and soccer field

This beautifully restored villa, in the heart of Umbria, makes the perfect holiday destination for a group of friends or a large family.

With its own private swimming pool and large gardens, the villa can sleep up to 12 people. The elegant ground floor, with terracotta tiles and traditional beamed ceilings, has a dining room which can accommodate 12 people with an open hearth, ideal for winter fires; a large games/sitting area, a full-size pool table and a spacious kitchen, with a wooden table for more casual dining. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and toaster. A door from the kitchen leads to the charming, brick-vaulted loggia, where guests can dine al fresco, sheltered from the heat of the midday sun.

On the first floor of the villa, there is a more formal sitting room with sofas and lovely views over the surrounding countryside.

The well-maintained gardens provide several different seating areas and options for outdoor dining, including a terrace and a pergola, closer to the private pool. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers where guests can relax after a swim. There is also a separate games field for football or other activities and some children’s outdoor toys.

The villa has 6 unique bedrooms all with double beds, wardrobes and en suite bathrooms.

Bathrooms
All 6 of the pretty, tiled en suite bathrooms have a bath, shower, basin, bidet and WC. 2 of the 6 bathrooms feature a jacuzzi each.
Extra: There is a separate bathroom with WC on the ground floor.

Location
In between the fascinating city of Perugia (20 minutes) and the town of Assisi (25 minutes), the villa is ideally placed for guests to explore Umbria. The nearby town of Torgiano has all the amenities guests might need for self-catering.

The closest airport is at Perugia, a 15 minute drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024 A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally. A damage deposit of 600EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21. Electricity charges to be paid on the spot: EUR 0.35 per KW Gas charges to be paid on the spot: EUR 1.30 per m3
