Located among the vineyards of the Langhe wine region, this apartment offers a rural atmosphere. The region attracts wine lovers from all over the world with famous vines such as Barolo and Barbaresco, refined cuisine, beautiful landscapes and the white truffles of Alba. The apartment has a large terrace with panoramic views and is spread over two floors. The ground floor has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom. On the second floor are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a balcony with beautiful views.

The apartment
The living room is a cozy, classic space with generous windows offering views of the surrounding landscape. Here you can relax by the fireplace or socialize with family and friends. The open layout makes it easy to walk through to the dining room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare Italian dishes, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle and multiple coffee makers. There is a compact dining table for 10 people and a washing machine.

The apartment has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1, on the ground floor, has a queen bed and a peaceful atmosphere. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. Bedroom 3, also on the first floor, has 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom and balcony access.

Outside you can enjoy a large terrace with panoramic views over the green landscape. Free WiFi is available both indoors and outdoors. The stone walls keep the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter, with gas central heating and a fireplace providing additional heat sources. Seniors are welcome, but there are stairs to the second floor bedrooms.
