The apartment measures 60 m² and features charming wooden floors and sloped ceilings. There are two living/bedrooms. One room has a single bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, while the other room has a double bed and also a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, four ceramic stovetops, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. There is a dining table and a radio. There is also a bathroom with a sit-down bathtub and a toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy a cozy seating area in the well-maintained garden. There is garden and patio furniture, a portable barbecue, and two lounge chairs. From here, you have a beautiful view of the countryside. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and there is a private entrance. The accommodation is smoke-free and equipped with smoke detectors.
Quietly situated between greenery and the sea
The apartment is part of a detached house comprising two units, each with two floors. The house is surrounded by 1,400 m² of grounds featuring a well-maintained garden, trees, and a meadow. There is also a gazebo, and bicycles are available. A store is about 3 kilometers away, and a supermarket is 4 kilometers away. The Ditzum ferry terminal is approximately 5.5 kilometers away, and the Leer train station is 18 kilometers away. The indoor swimming pool is 20 kilometers away.
For swimming, you can visit Lake Soltborg, about 12 kilometers away. The sandy beach at Norddeich is 88 kilometers away. The Dollart is about 4 kilometers away.

De accommodatie
Het appartement is 60 m² groot en heeft sfeervolle houten vloeren en schuine daken. Er zijn twee woon-/slaapkamers. De ene kamer beschikt over een eenpersoonsbed, een flatscreen-tv met satellietzenders en de andere kamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en eveneens een flatscreen-tv met satellietzenders.
De keuken is voorzien van een oven, vier keramische kookplaten, broodrooster, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat. Er is een eettafel en een radio. Daarnaast is er een badkamer met zitbad en toilet.
Buiten kun je gebruikmaken van een gezellige zithoek in de verzorgde tuin. Er zijn tuin- en terrasmeubelen, een verrijdbare barbecue en twee ligstoelen. Vanaf hier heb je een mooi uitzicht over het landschap. Wifi is gratis beschikbaar en er is een privé-ingang. De accommodatie is rookvrij en voorzien van rookmelders.
Rustig gelegen tussen groen en zee
Het appartement maakt deel uit van een vrijstaand huis met twee woningen van elk twee verdiepingen. Rondom het huis ligt een terrein van 1.400 m² met een verzorgde tuin, bomen en een weide. Er is ook een prieel en er zijn fietsen beschikbaar. Een winkel ligt op ongeveer 3 kilometer afstand en een supermarkt op 4 kilometer. Het veerbootstation van Ditzum ligt op circa 5,5 kilometer en het station van Leer op 18 kilometer. Het overdekte zwembad ligt op 20 kilometer afstand.
Voor zwemmen kun je terecht bij het meer Soltborg, op ongeveer 12 kilometer afstand. Het zandstrand van Norddeich ligt op 88 kilometer. De Dollart bevindt zich op ongeveer 4 kilometer.

The apartment is great for a vacation where you want to experience a lot of nature. The hostess is very welcoming, the garden and view are a dream. We missed a supermarket nearby. We recommend the COMBI delivery service for cyclists
Die Ferienwohnung ist toll fūr einen Urlaub in dem man viel Natur erleben möchte. Die Gastgeberin ist super herzlich, Garten und Aussicht ein Traum. Vermisst haben wir einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wir empfehlen für Radreisende den COMBI Lieferdienst

We had great days in a very special nice cozy cottage in beautiful surroundings. What a nice hostess and what a warm welcome.
We hebben geweldige dagen beleefd in een heel bijzonder leuk gezellig ingericht huisje in een prachtige omgeving. Wat een aardige gastvrouw en wat een warm ontvangst.

Doll-like cottage with sloping roofs. No fixed shower (shower must be in the bathtub with the hand shower in your hand). Beautiful surroundings, but we wanted to go hiking there with the dogs and that is almost nowhere because it is forbidden with your dog on the dike.
Popperig huisje met schuine daken. Geen vaste douche (douchen moet in de badkuip met de handdouche in je hand). Mooie omgeving, maar wij wilden er met de honden gaan wandelen en dat kan bijna nergens omdat het verboden is met je hond op de dijk.
