Holiday home on island of Goeree-Overflakkee

This 5-person holiday home is in a cosy holiday park, close to the beautiful beaches of Ouddorp aan Zee on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee (province of Zuit-Holland). With Lake Grevelingen, various nature reserves and the Brouwersdam around the corner, adventure is never far away! And for the kids, this is a true paradise! With challenging play facilities and an enthusiastic recreation team, there is always plenty of fun. In short, a perfect place for the whole family to enjoy, relax and make unforgettable memories together!

The accommodation
This fun holiday home is called a wrap around the cottage and is fully sustainable. The cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. At the front you will find a living kitchen with a fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker and ceramic hob. The sleeping area with a comfortable double bed is located at the back. In the middle of the cottage is a bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as a separate bedroom with a fold-out bunk bed. For an additional guest there is a sofa bed (please note that this is not a full-fledged sleeping place, but is suitable for a child, for example). Enjoy the outdoors on the raised terraces at both the front and back, complete with a picnic table for cosy meals al fresco. This holiday home is close to the center area of the park, where you can enjoy amenities such as a restaurant, playgrounds and a natural swimming pond.

The vacation park
The wrap house is on a fantastic park with many facilities so you won't be bored. The kids will not be bored for a moment thanks to the numerous play opportunities. From an exciting agility course of up to 30 meters long to baby swings and climbing equipment with excavators for the little ones. You will also find several playgrounds scattered throughout the park with an air trampoline, cross-country track and a skate track. There is an enthusiastic and professional recreation team waiting for you at the park. The animation team organizes fun activities for the whole family. In the bistro, which is attractively furnished and features a large terrace with a fantastic view of the swimming pond, you can enjoy a drink. The bistro also offers a takeway where you can order snacks and pizzas. Here you will also find sandwich services. And what about the unique natural swimming pond? The swimming water contains no chlorine or other chemicals, but is naturally purified by the many plants lining the pond. Thanks to the UV filter system, the water stays clean and clear. The water is unheated and there are three basins with different depths. Take a refreshing dip in one of the three different depths and then relax in the cosy barrel sauna located near the swimming pond.

Surroundings
Ouddorp, located in South Holland, offers more than just its beautiful beaches. With a short drive across the Brouwersdam, you soon find yourself in enchanting Zeeland. The Brouwersdam is known for its countless water sports opportunities, but there is plenty to discover inland as well. Hop on your bike towards Goedereede, Stellendam or Burgh-Haamstede and be surprised by the charming streets and cosy terraces. During a holiday in Ouddorp, the water is always within reach. Go on an excursion and spot various marine animals or find a quiet spot for fishing. The nice city of Rotterdam is also within easy reach from this location (55km). So the possibilities for a fun holiday here are endless!
