2-person tiny house near Zutphen

This tiny house can be found on the grounds of a vacation farm in Zutphen (province of Gelderland). This location offers you a nice starting point for many walking and cycling routes in a beautiful environment where there is much to see and experience.

The accommodation
The tiny house is compact but very fully equipped with a kitchenette (with a microwave, tea kettle, a coffee maker (Filter), 2-burner hob and fridge), sitting area with TV, a dining table. Of course there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a bedroom with a made-up double bed. The shepherd’s hut is full electric and is heated by electric floor heating. In fine weather you can enjoy the peace and quiet and nature on your own terrace.

One pet is allowed.

The area
The cosy centre of Zutphen, with many terraces and boutiques, is within cycling distance. Many castle routes in the area. A wooden shoe path runs across the yard. In high season on Saturday evening pizzas are baked in the stone oven. There is also a cosy grill kota in the yard. Chickens roam freely and there is an animal pasture with horses, miniature donkeys, pigs, goats, sheep and geese. We also regularly take horse and carriage rides. For children there is a lot of outdoor space, a playground, go-karts, table tennis, 4-up row, trampoline. In the yard are nesting kestrels, owls and barn owls. Scattered around the yard you will find more and more edible crops, herbs, hundreds of berries, raspberries and blackberry bushes, old and young fruit trees. From these we make (h)honest products for our own use and our guests.

Of course it is possible to order breakfast. And we have a mobile hot tub. For 50 - per fill (including a wheelbarrow with wood) after your booking this can be reserved directly with the landlord.
