This luxurious, attractive and detached vacation villa can accommodate up to 6 people. The villa has a unique view of the water and offers privacy, high comfort and access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor fireplace. The vacation home can be found on a small-scale park in Loosdrecht (province of Utrecht). The park is situated in a unique location, completely surrounded by water. From the park you can easily sail to the Loosdrecht lakes.

The accommodation
The holiday home gives a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. View of the water and lots of light are therefore guaranteed. The villa has a modern, spacious living room, furnished with comfortable furniture, a dining area and a flat-screen TV. A perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a game or watch a movie. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, hob with a built-in extractor, combination microwave, a dishwasher, kettle and L'or Barista coffee cup machine.

The villa has 3 bedrooms
- Bedroom 1: 2 x single box spring, flat screen TV and ample storage space
- Bedroom 2: 2 x 1-person divan, flat screen TV and ample storage space.
- Bedroom 3: An outbuilding which can be accessed from outside, including bathroom with toilet and bunk beds

The 2 luxurious, spacious ensuite bathrooms have a sink and a walk-in rain shower. The villa has a separate toilet. The living room offers access to the spacious garden. The villa is non-smoking, equipped with wifi. You can easily park one car at the villa. Upon arrival, the beds are made.

Surroundings
The park is located between Amsterdam and Utrecht and lies in the Green Heart. In this area you will find typical Holland landscapes and a huge water recreation area, with the Loosdrechtse Plassen as one of the most famous. Nearby are numerous water sport possibilities such as boating, fishing and swimming. In the area you can also find several nice terraces and good restaurants. Just under 45 kilometres from the park is the beautiful city of Utrecht, one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands. With its beautiful parks, churches, vibrant hospitality and historical buildings, a day in Utrecht is definitely a must.
