This unique hobbit cottage in Belgium is an ideal accommodation for families. There is room for 6 people by 2 bunk beds and 1 double bed. The cottage is located on a nice vacation park with many activities and amenities.

The accommodation
This hobbit cottage is located on the family field with a nice playground. The accommodation is fully equipped and is ideal for families with children. When you walk in the door, you come out into the living room with a kitchen. In this room there are also 2 bunk beds. The living area consists of a wooden dining table with 6 seats and a wood stove. The wood for this is provided by the park. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas burners, a refrigerator, coffee maker and a kettle. There is also a sleeping area with a double bed (180x200). In the bathroom there is a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The hobbit cottage also has a private terrace with garden furniture.

The vacation park
This vacation park is highly recommended for families. There is plenty to do in the area but also in the park itself. There are 3 swimming pools, a large beach pool, an entertainment program, sports and games facilities and a petting zoo. There is plenty to do for both children and adults. During the summer (July and August), a restaurant and a small store are open at the park. To explore the area you can rent bikes. You can use free wifi at the restaurant, on the terrace and around the reception.

The animation program and the petting zoo are only during the following periods: Ascension, Pentecost, July and August. The swimming pools open at Ascension and are open during the summer months.

The surroundings
It is a natural environment where there are many hiking and biking trails. There are also many nature reserves nearby such as Loozerheide, Het Smeetshof and National Park Hoge Kempen. The area also offers many opportunities for day trips with the whole family. For example, there is a climbing forest, alpaca farm, go-kart track and the Beverland play paradise. These activities are in the immediate vicinity of the residence.
