This beautiful villa for 6 people is located between the dunes, the beach and the flower fields. Located in a cosy holiday park with exclusive and luxurious dune villas, the villa is a short distance from the beach and the sea. It is suitable for both young and old.

This is the perfect location to relax on a peaceful holiday, whether it's a sunny day on the beach in summer or an extended walk along the coast or through the woods in winter. You can end the day with a warm mulled wine by the crackling fire, how wonderful that sounds!

The accommodation
The holiday home was built with high-quality materials and is beautifully finished down to the smallest details. The contemporary design offers comfortable and stylish seating areas with a fireplace, as well as a pleasant sauna and rain shower. The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds). There is also a beautiful kitchen that provides all amenities and luxury. The villa is therefore suitable for a (large) family, but also for a nice group of friends. There is also a lovely terrace outside. These are privately located with a dining table and an outdoor fireplace where you can dine and have drinks together.

Area
In the vicinity of the park, nature offers you a varied landscape. The nearby village of Egmond has an extensive family beach of no less than 8 kilometers, perfect for beach walks at sunset and for children looking for shells. The beautiful lighthouse nearby is an attraction in itself. Moreover, you are close to the picturesque artists' village of Bergen and the lively city of Alkmaar, ideal for a day of shopping or a visit to one of the many catering establishments. For daily shopping, there is a supermarket, bakery, butcher and fishmonger within walking distance.
