Super holiday home w/ hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi

This fantastic villa is located in a unique part of the Netherlands: in the middle of the Randstad and in the middle of a beautiful Dutch polder landscape. From the roof terrace you have a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The villa can be found in the Dutch province of South Holland just a few kilometers from the lovely city of Leiden.

The house area is approx. 230 m². There is also a garden/terrace downstairs of approx. 75 m² and a roof terrace with insane views of approx. 45 m². During your stay the villa is completely and privately available to you. The villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. In addition, in the garden you will enjoy a large Ofyr BBQ, outdoor kitchen and wood-fired hot tub. Inside, you also have access to a Jacuzzi and a sauna.

The house
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance into the very spacious living room with seating, large open kitchen with cooking island, large trunk table (12 pers) with armchairs, large sitting area, recliner, low trunk table, flat screen TV 55 inch (digital, international channels + Netflix), open staircase, large doors opening onto the terrace, 3 x double bedroom with a king-size double bed. Also access to 2 complete and luxuriously equipped bathrooms with 2 toilets, 2 rain showers with hand showers, 2 x double sinks, and a large whirlpool bath via loft doors. Separate toilet room with toilet, urinals and sink, laundry room with washer and dryer can also be found downstairs. Also on the first floor you will find the 8 person Finnish sauna.
1st FLOOR: large bedroom for 4 with 1 x king-size bed and 2 x single bed and sitting area, here is also the access to the roof terrace with breathtaking views to two sides over beautiful Dutch polders.

Facilities kitchen :
Cooking island with 5-burner induction hob, sink unit, American fridge and freezer including ice maker, combination microwave, a dishwasher, oven. There is also a kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender, sodastream, airfryer, electric juicer, knife block, pans, dishes, glassware and cutlery for 10 guests. So you will not lack anything.

Further in the house :
washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, drying rack and WIFI. There is also a digital pinball machine with 906 different "cabinets" at the disposal of the guests, so boredom will not have a chance, because entertainment is arranged !

Outside :
Conservatory attached to the house (approx. 4.5 x 3 m, mid-November) with seating and outdoor shower. This extends into the garden with garden furniture including 10-seater outdoor table, lounger, lounge set, also an outdoor kitchen with 2nd fridge and large wood-fired Ofyr BBQ.

Further outside and private at your disposal :
A large (10 person) wood-fired hot tub to enjoy under the stars. Use the two 3-person Canadian canoes for a quiet trip through the rural waters or choose the wide waters of the Kagerplassen. Or go relaxed paddling through the polders ditches, 2 SUPs are available. And should you want to go for a bike ride, there are 4 easy share bikes available here.

Optional additional booking:
Our beautiful white sloop of 8 meters x 2.70 meters can be rented for a beautiful cruise on the wide Kagerplassen and/or the attractive canals of Leiden. You rent the boat including private - captain and including seat and relax cushions. Our sloop can have a maximum of 12 people on board and the captain brings a large cooler with ice for your drinks on board. After your booking on Vipio you will receive a confirmation with contact details of the owner to rent this boat with.
