The holiday home is secluded in a deep garden with its own driveway and entrance. The owners live next door to the holiday home.

The accommodation
Because the house is completely made of wood, the atmosphere is homely and cosy. The interior is natural, light and fresh with lots of greenery. The house has room for 4 people. On the first floor are the living room, the kitchen (with everything you need), the bathroom and a double bedroom. On the mezzanine there are two more beds. The open loft gives a spatial effect and emphasises the height of the house. The skylight not only provides plenty of light, in the evening you can see the starry sky on a clear day. On the veranda with hanging chair, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the sun.

Surroundings
Are you not just here for the peace and quiet? The beautiful cities of Gorinchem and Dordrecht are within cycling distance. Cycling is a good idea here anyway. Just outside Hardinxveld-Giessendam a typically Dutch landscape with meadows, ditches and windmills awaits you. Combine your bike ride with a sailing trip with a Sampan on the Giessen. Or go shopping at the Graanbuurt, admire the windmills of UNESCO World Heritage Site or canoe in the Biesbosch. But don't rush, it is precisely the peace and quiet that is so nice!
