This nice holiday home is located on a small-scale holiday park in the Dutch province of Overijssel. The cottage is very suitable for a holiday in the Netherlands with the whole family. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms and in the garden you can use a private sauna. The vacation park is located in a natural environment directly at the Holterberg. An area known for its beautiful hiking and cycling routes. In addition, there are many fun things to see and do in the area.

The holiday home
The house has a very spacious and modern living room. Because of the many large windows you have a beautiful panoramic view. The living room has French doors, a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 separate bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds and 1 with a bunk bed) and a luxurious bathroom with design radiator. Outside you will find a lovely terrace and at the front a covered veranda. Ideal for unwinding! The lodge is equipped with a private sauna. This is outside your cottage, so you can relax after a day in nature! The cottage has its own parking space and free wifi.

Checking in is easy and contactless and therefore, you have all the freedom to check in and out when it suits you best!

The vacation park
During your holiday at the park, you can use various facilities. For example, take a refreshing dip in the heated outdoor pool. The pool is open when the weather is nice, normally from May/June to mid-September. The vacation park also has a small playground for children. Don't want to lug a bike around? Then rent an e-bike, road bike, mountain bike or cargo bike. You can rent bikes at a 5-minute drive from the vacation park. If necessary, the bikes can be dropped off at the park.

The surroundings
Did you know that this tiny house is located in the best cycling and walking municipality in the Netherlands? You will find several beautiful and unique natural areas with many cycling and walking routes. There are several points where you can find restaurants, visitor centers and museums. There are also many fun day trips in the area. For example, go to Nature Museum Holterberg, the old town of Deventer, Adventure Park Hellendoorn, indoor swimming paradise De Scheg (20 min.) or rent a whisper boat in Zuna and take a trip on the river Regge.
