Luxury holiday home & wellness close to sea

This beautiful 8-person villa is located in the tourist village of Schoorl (province of North Holland). The village is best known for the highest dune in the Netherlands (54 metres high), called the 'climbing dune'. The villa can be found on a small-scale vacation park located directly on the wooded nature reserve the 'Schoorl Dunes'. The cosy centre of Schoorl is less than a 10-minute walk away. Here you will find a supermarket and various stores and restaurants. By car you are on the beach within 15 minutes.

The villa
The luxury holiday home has a luxury kitchen and a living room with Smart TV. From the French doors, you reach the patio with a fireplace and lovely lounge sofas. The luxury dining kitchen is equipped with 5-burner stove, a microwave with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, Quooker and wine cooler. In the basement you will find two bedrooms and a children's bedroom with bunk beds. There are two spacious bathrooms with rain shower and/or bathtub and sink. Upstairs you have a nice view of the fireplace. Here you will find a fourth bedroom with a private bathroom, a loft with lovely sofa and flat screen TV. A nice room for the kids!

The villa is located at the back of the park and therefore has a lot of privacy. In the garden you can relax in the hammock or cook outside in the WWOO outdoor kitchen. You can also enjoy the wellness facilities. This villa is equipped with both an outdoor whirlpool, outdoor shower and outdoor sauna! The fire pit has a canopy that you can close in rainy weather. You can lounge here by the fireplace.

Pets are not allowed in the villa. A high chair, crib and stair gate are standard in the house. There is room to park one car next to the house. A second car can be parked at the entrance of the park. If you come up with several cars, they will have to be parked elsewhere outside the park.

Surroundings
This is pre-eminently an environment where nature lovers and peace seekers will feel at home. The beautiful National Park De Schoorlse Duinen is the widest and most varied nature reserve along the Dutch coast. Would you prefer something more busy? In the nearby village of Bergen, you can find museums and galleries, an artists' centre, quaint boutiques, and even an art ski slope, among other things. Furthermore, there are the annual events such as the Art 10-day, Holland Music Sessions, Lichtjesavond, the summer Art Market and various fairs. The city of Alkmaar is within driving distance of the accommodation. Here you will find picturesque canals, special stores and the Cheese and Beer Museum, among other things.
