Spend the night in a unique grass-roofed home

This unique detached bungalow is equipped with a round sloping grass roof so that the air circulation in the house is optimal and excellent for people with respiratory diseases (e.g. COPD). The bungalow is suitable for 4 persons and offers plenty of privacy and tranquillity. The bungalow is located on a small-scale vacation park in the Dutch province of Drenthe.

The accommodation
This unique grass roofed house has all the facilities you need for both a short and slightly longer holiday. There are 2 bedrooms whose box-spring beds have comforters. You can rent bed linen at the reception. However, this is not mandatory. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator with freezer and stove. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. For comfort there is also underfloor heating in the cottage. Outside you will find patio furniture, a picnic table and a parasol.

There is private parking at the bungalow and free internet.

The vacation park
This accommodation is located on a versatile family campground centrally located in the region of Southwest Drenthe. Near the "National Park of Drenthe", there is a fine place to explore the area by bike or on foot. Discover the beautiful nature of Holtingerveld, Drents Friese Wold, Weerribben and Dwingelderveld. The small-scale holiday park has numerous facilities such as a recreation team (in the holidays) a, miniature golf course, tennis court and various children's playgrounds. For a snack and drink, the team of our catering is happy to serve you. In the summer you can use the adjacent heated outdoor swimming pool.

Fishing
Centrally located on the park is a large fish pond. Here you may fish to your heart's content. You do not need a permit for this. You are free to sit on the waterfront to cast your rod. Please remember not to disturb the guests staying at the pond.
