In addition, the accommodation can also be found on a wooded vacation park on the border between Friesland and Drenthe. The small-scale vacation park is brand new and houses just over 30 sustainable and luxurious vacation villas. This is the ideal destination for a family or a group of friends who are looking for a luxury holiday home for a weekend or a holiday at home.

The luxury holiday home can accommodate a total of 6 people and has 3 bedrooms with M-line beds. The bedrooms each have a private bathroom (with shower and toilet). You can find 1 bedroom on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. The villa is equipped with a Snaidero designer kitchen that includes a dishwasher, hob, combo microwave, chilled beer tap, Nespresso Vertuo machine and wine cooler. The house also features sustainable designer furniture, a charging point for electric cars and bicycles, high-quality home automation, climate control and is also incredibly spacious. You can set the house exactly to your mood. Dim lights and sultry music or rather open everything and bring nature inside - everything is possible at the push of a button.

Wellness
On the terrace of the house, in addition to a cosy dining table and BBQ, you will find your own jacuzzi and sauna. These are for your private use throughout your stay and are included in the price.

The park
The vacation park has more than enough facilities for a versatile stay. You can visit the park's reception for a cup of coffee or to rent a paddle court. The park also has a playground, bocce court and boot camp station.

Surroundings
The park is surrounded by beautiful forests, shifting dunes and moors. It is an environment that will make you love the Netherlands even more. A place to unwind or get inspired. Around the park are several hiking, cycling and mountain biking routes. Also located in Appelscha are a 9-hole golf course, an outdoor swimming pool and a fun amusement park for children. Want to spend a day shopping or visiting a museum? Then you can go to the Drenthe capital Assen (25 minutes) or to the cosy student city of Groningen (40 minutes).
