Holiday villa at Lake Garda

Equipped with free Wi-Fi, this villa welcomes guests into the spacious and bright living room, furnished with a television, a sofa, and two armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee maker, and toaster. The private dining room is equipped with a lovely wooden table and very comfortable chairs! On the same floor, our guests will also find a bathroom with a sink and toilet.

The living room leads to the private and covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for delightful breakfasts and dinners with a stunning view of the lake and the hills; the terrace also comes with a barbecue/fireplace available for guests. On the same floor, you will find the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, 2 sinks, bidet, and toilet. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. The laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board completes the villa.

The outdoor private area of the villa is filled with accessories that will allow guests to enjoy wonderful relaxing moments during the summer: the private pool, a large private garden with flowers and plants, and a barbecue.

Padenghe is a town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, surrounded by the greenery of the morainic hills. This area is the production area of the most important D.O.C. wine from the province of Brescia: the "Garda Classico". The castle of Padenghe sul Garda hosts theatrical companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, historical and folkloristic reenactments that fill delightful evenings after a day spent on the boat or on the beach. This area of Lake Garda also offers many nightclubs for the younger crowd. There are also long walks, cycle paths, fields, a rich program of events, and golden beaches to be enjoyed during the summer season. However, the beaches of Padenghe sul Garda are beautiful in every season, as is the mysterious and romantic old town.

The airports of Verona (42 minutes drive) and Milan (1.5 hours drive) are within easy driving distance from Padenghe sul Garda.

Cleaning is included in the total price.

Booking policy: Check-in takes place between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM and must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Check-out must occur by 10:00 AM. Check-in or check-out requests outside of regular hours may be possible depending on the availability of the facility and the team. An additional fee ranging from €20 to €40 will be charged for arrivals after 8:00 PM. Parties or other events at home cannot be organized. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the house.
