Rural group accommodation

This accommodation can be found on a farm in the Dutch province of Overijssel. The sustainable holiday home is located in the meadow between the cows! In addition, your holiday home also has its 'own' cow and you can experience real farm life.

The holiday home
This 12-person bungalow is specially built with sustainable materials and is 220 m2 in total. The accommodation is ideal for groups because it consists of 2 (adjoining) cottages for 6 persons each. The cottages have a soundproof dividing door between the two living areas so walking outside is not necessary. In total there are 6 bedrooms with two single beds and a sink. Two fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, sufficient, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Two spacious bathrooms. Both are wheelchair-friendly and have a sink, walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet with support handles. One of the showers has a fixed shower chair, the other a loose shower chair. Two spacious living areas with large dining table, spacious sitting area with a stove (wood pellet stove) and view of the cows. One of the living rooms is extra large so you really have a group space there. Furthermore, optimal comfort through underfloor heating and a pellet stove (this stove burns wood pellets). Furthermore, a very large private terrace with outdoor furniture.

The farm
On the farm you can get dirty! Seeing how the cows are milked can give you the occasional "shit bite" and playing in the straw hut in the barn can give you the "straw jitters". But above all, we promise you that you will have a lot of fun during your farm vacation! Of course there are plenty of other farm chores to do, such as feeding the calves and chickens. Walking the two sweet dogs. Or just wandering around and eating a found egg or raspberry yourself. In addition to exploring the farm, there are lots of go-karts, a soccer field, a trampoline, a large lump of sand for you to play on and in the stables you will also find a large straw hut where young and old can have a great time, even in bad weather.

Surroundings
The area around this accommodation is very suitable for cycling and walking. Also Hanseatic city Deventer is nice to visit. Just over half an hour away lies Apeldoorn. Here you can, for example, visit the Apenheul or children's amusement park Julianatoren.
