Villa with sleeping tent for 12 people

This vacation villa is located on the grounds of a small but spacious campsite in the middle of a forest in the Dutch province of Flevoland. The villa stands next to a playing field and is fenced with a fence, ensuring privacy but also providing easy access to the common playing field. The playing field is equipped with a sand-water device for toddlers, a soccer goal, volleyball net, several picnic tables ideal for an evening 'Green Egg' barbecue and last but not least, a campfire area!

The villa
This villa is perfect for a large family. It has a private, enclosed garden equipped with a lovely large, 12-seater table set under the plane trees. The first floor has a large living room and living kitchen with a fireplace. The villa has 4 bedrooms and a safari tent in the garden where 2 more people can sleep if necessary.

- Ground Floor
Bedroom 1: a master bedroom with large fitted wardrobes followed by a large bathroom. Suitable for a wheelchair.
- Second floor:
Bedroom 2: one double bed
Bedroom 3: three single beds
Bedroom 4: three single beds(or a single plus a double bed)
- Sleeping tent
The sleeping tent is equipped with two hotel quality beds, has electricity and lighting and is right next to the Villa

Next to the villa is its own Eco-wellness where you can relax in the sauna, hot tub or pool.

The campsite has its own gateway to Center Parcs De Eemhof where you can make unlimited use of the facilities. You even get a discount on the use of water park Aqua Mundo! This is also ideal if the weather is bad because next to Aqua Mundo there is also an arcade, climbing hall, bowling centres and much more you can use. Eemhof also has a small supermarket, ideal to walk to for fresh rolls in the morning.

Surroundings
The park is centrally located in the Netherlands and there are many fun things to do in the area. For example, the nice city of Harderwijk (with the Dolfinarium) is located near this accommodation. But also cities like Amsterdam, Zwolle, Amersfoort, Utrecht and Apeldoorn are all within a 45-minute drive of the park. So there are plenty of choices for a fun day out!
