Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC, shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed (1 x 160 cm). Wooden floors. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
