The apartment is entirely on the first floor and outside on the cosy little square in front of the door is a nice bench. The apartment can be found in the heart of the center of Egmond aan Zee, so all facilities such as the beach, the dunes, the cosy center and the many nice terraces, restaurants and stores are just around the corner! The apartment is ideal for two couples as well as a family with 2 children.

Layout holiday home
At the front of the vacation home are the bright, cosy living room with a cosy sitting area, a TV, the dining table and the kitchen. From here you walk through to the back to the modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet. A little further on, are the two double bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. In front of the house is a cosy little square with a nice bench available for guests and just a stone's throw away is the fine sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee.

Surroundings
The ideal location in the center of Egmond aan Zee where the beach, dunes, stores and restaurants are within walking distance make this apartment an ideal accommodation for lovers of friendliness and the beach. In the vicinity are also nice trips to make. For example, visit the artist village of Bergen or the Aquarium in Bergen aan Zee. The historical center of Alkmaar is also worth a visit.
