This beautiful apartment with a large balcony for 6 people is located on a unique vacation park in the popular tourist region of the Eifel. This is without doubt one of the most popular vacation regions in Germany. The vacation park is beautifully situated on a hill in the middle of nature. From the park you have a beautiful view.

The apartment
This 4-room apartment, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is located on the cosy boardwalk and has a usable area of approximately 102 m2. On the promenade you will also find the restaurants, the indoor and outdoor pool, the supermarket and the bicycle rental, among other things. The cosy living and dining room features a sitting area with television and a dining area. The fully equipped open kitchen has luxury appliances including a gas hob, combination microwave and dishwasher. From the living room you have access to the furnished balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet and a storage room. All bedrooms have 2 single beds. There is also a television in one of the bedrooms. There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. The other bathroom has a shower and sink.

In the accommodation and at the resort, you can use free wifi. You can park your car in the central parking lot within walking distance.

Park
The park is equipped with various facilities. At the supermarket in the park you can get delicious warm rolls, fresh orange juice and various fillings every day. There is also a restaurant at the park. The menu includes various dishes. There is also an extensive children's menu for the little ones. There is also a pizzeria at the park where you can both sit and take away pizza. In the summer months you can take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool at the resort. Enjoy the sunshine and a delicious ice cream on the sun loungers by the pool. From your lounger you have a breathtaking view of the Rur valley. There is also a lovely heated indoor pool! If you want to explore the area, you can also go to the bike rental at the park.

Surroundings
There is a lot to do in the vicinity of the park. Of course you can go hiking or cycling in the surrounding nature reserves. A visit to the town of Monschau is also worthwhile. This is one of those picturesque towns you must have seen. The small German city is located at the edge of the Eifel and the Belgian Ardennes.
