This beautiful villa in central Italy is a unique location if you want to unwind. The villa is located at the foot of the world-famous Sibillini Mountains at 650m altitude. On a private property of over 10,000m2 you will enjoy an oasis of tranquillity and look out over the breathtaking rolling valley and the Sibillini Mountains. During your stay you can, of course, do nothing at all and limit yourself to drinking a delicious espresso by the private pool, but also for fun trips there are plenty of opportunities in the area.

The space
The villa (+ outbuildings) of approximately 200m2 can accommodate a total of 10 people and is fully equipped. You have access to 5 large bedrooms, two of which are located in the "Capella" with private toilets and bathrooms. There are also additional rooms available such as a pantry with extra fridge / freezer, a laundry / boiler room, a small play area for children and an attic for storage. The villa has a private pool that is maintained weekly. There has been a recent renovation, so a lot of the amenities are as good as new. Everything is provided and you only need to bring your clothes on this holiday in Italy! In addition, the location has superfast Starlink the internet.

From the villa it is an hour's drive to the lively seaside resort of Porto San Giorgio on the east coast of Italy.
