9-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Dining room. Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. 1 small room with 1 bed. 1 small double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso)). Bath/bidet/WC, shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning. Exit to the garden. Shower/bidet/WC, hydro massage shower. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Patio, garden. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful, of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, safe, mosquito net, hair dryer. Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 30.Sep.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, volleyball, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Bumpy, narrow motor access (2 km via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Fabro Scalo" 10 km, thermal baths "Chianciano" 38 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 45 km. Nearby attractions: Città Della Pieve 25 km, Cetona 26 km, Orvieto 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
