In one apartment up to 8 people can stay overnight and diagonally opposite in the studio apartment also 4 people. There is only a small street between the 2 accommodations, you walk right into each other! Both locations have long dining tables and have their own kitchens and bathrooms. One apartment on the first floor has a bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower, the other apartment has a designer walk-in shower in the basement.
