Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave) with dining nook. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with cable TV. Shower/WC. Floor heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed, 2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. The furniture of the Rosenvilla is original Biedermeier. There is a grand piano in the drawing room. The tiled stove shown here only serves as an ornament. Due to the valuable equipment, children are only welcome from the age of 10 years. For bookings of more than 8 nights, an interim cleaning is obligatory and charged 60 EUR per cleaning on site. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
