Are you looking for a large vacation home for your entire family, multiple families or a group of friends? Then this beautiful vacation home in the Austrian village Obertraun is exactly what you are looking for. The house has no less than 8 bedrooms and can accommodate 16 people!

The region around Obertraun is an excellent year-round destination for anyone who loves an active and versatile vacation. In the winter period, the ski slopes provide guaranteed snow from November to May. In total, you can enjoy more than 100 km of slopes for both beginners and advanced skiers. But in summer, too, it is a very popular region with tourists. For example, you can make beautiful walks along the large lake adjacent to the village.

The very spacious detached house has a total area of about 260m2. Besides the 8 bedrooms (each with two 90 cm x 210 cm single beds), the house also has 4 bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub, and a sauna with a shower room. Outside, there is a terrace and 2 balconies. The very spacious and cozy living room has a beautiful view, a TV and a 16-person dining area. There is a large kitchen with luxury appliances including 2 combination microwaves, a dishwasher and 2 induction hobs. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a private parking space directly at the house.

The resort
The luxury resort hosts just over 80 cottages and is located in a beautiful UNESCO World Heritage area 300 meters from the Halstättersee (lake) and about 5 minutes from a ski elevator. The vacation park has many facilities, including a heated indoor pool, a fitness and wellness area, a restaurant (with a terrace) and a small supermarket for your groceries.

The area
In summer, the beautiful Hallstätterrsee lake offers lots of water fun. In winter, the region is an ideal location for winter sports enthusiasts. But also in the seasons in between, you can enjoy what nature has to offer in Obertraun. In the autumn and spring, you can take lovely mountain walks, go road cycling or mountain biking and visit the Five Fingers viewpoint. Would you rather go shopping or visit a nice city? Then Salzburg is highly recommended! You should also pay the town of Hallstatt a visit, which is easily accessible from the vacation park by train, bus, car and even by boat.
