This brand new vacation villa for 6 people has a unique balcony overlooking Lake Veere in Zeeland. It is therefore an ideal vacation home for a family looking for a special place.

The villa consists of 2 floors. On the first floor, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds and with direct access to the garden. Two bedrooms have a television. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower, bathroom cabinet and a toilet. In the hall there is a third toilet. The staircase in the hall leads to the second floor. On the second floor, you will find the spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities: such as a combi microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and Nespresso and filter coffee machine. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer. The cosy living room has a comfortable interior with flat-screen TV (additional foreign channels) and a Sonos sound system.

Through the sliding/opening doors, you get to the insane roof terrace with panoramic views of the lake. In the morning you can wake up here quietly to the silence of the lake and then have breakfast with the whole family in the sun. A wonderful start to your vacation day. In the garden there are also 2 sunbeds. There is parking for 2 cars on private property. There is also a carport for any water sports equipment or bicycles and a charging station for electric cars. This villa is pet-free and has a living area of approximately 110 m2.

Surroundings
In the vicinity of the accommodation, you can undertake all kinds of fun water sports activities. You can also visit many nice places from here. For example, it is only a 20-minute drive to the nice city of Middelburg. Would you rather spend a day at the beach? Then it is only a 10-minute drive. For children, a visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans (15 minutes) is definitely worthwhile.
