The houseboat is a haven surrounded by water, providing the luxury and comfort of a high-end holiday home complete with a garden. The living area is thoughtfully divided into a sitting area, dining area, and open kitchen. Large windows allow for uninterrupted views and fill the space with natural light. The sitting area is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, chair, and a television (please note, no channel package is available). The modern open kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker (both filter and Nespresso), milk frother, kettle, and toaster.

This accommodation features two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a double bed (160x200 cm), while the second bedroom is furnished with a sturdy linked bunk bed (80x200 cm). For families with young children, a folding baby bed (60x120 cm) and a high chair are provided. The modern bathroom offers a shower, toilet, and a bathroom cabinet with a mirror.

Outside, a spacious garden awaits, stretching approximately 100m2 along the water's edge. It's the perfect spot for playtime and barbecues, with the option of taking refreshing dips in the water. Additionally, the boat boasts an expansive roof terrace/sun deck of approximately 20m2, accessible via a spiral staircase at the rear. Picture yourself enjoying the panoramic view from the comfortable lounge set. The houseboat also features a front terrace (8m2) and a rear terrace (6m2). You'll find the houseboat located on its own jetty, where you can also moor a sailing boat or sloop. Private parking is available in the harbour for your convenience.
