Spacious pod on vacation park in Germany

These spacious pods (hiker's huts) are attractively furnished and fully equipped. This is the place to unwind in a rural setting. The accommodations can be found in a holiday park popular with Dutch people, located just across the border in Germany. The holiday park has a large recreational lake where it is really enjoyable on summer days. The region around the park is known for its natural surroundings: beautiful forests, vast moors, valleys, and Bentheim Castle.

The Accommodation
The pod is suitable for 2 adults and possibly 2 children (booking with 4 adults is not allowed). It features a double bed (140 x 200) and a sofa bed (130 x 195) for children. The pod is fully insulated and equipped with central heating, making it suitable for winter stays as well. Furthermore, you have access to a Senseo coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom in the pod includes a toilet, sink, and shower. The pod also has a private veranda with a beautiful view.

The Park
The holiday park offers many facilities to make your stay even more enjoyable. For children, there is entertainment during holiday periods. The recreational lake with a sandy beach is only a 2-minute walk away. The holiday park also provides fun playground equipment, bike rental, and a small store where you can buy fresh bread. There are several catering facilities where you can enjoy drinks and meals. Additionally, there is a snack bar at the campsite. And if you'd like to cuddle an alpaca, the park has its own alpaca farm where you can pet your favourite alpaca, hug it, or take a nice picture.

Surroundings
If you want to go out for the day, you can explore the cosy towns of Nordhorn, Uelsen, Meppen, or Lingen. Alternatively, you can take a beautiful walk or bike ride in the nearby forest. The theme parks of Slagharen (25 minutes) and Hellendoorn (40 minutes) are also within driving distance of the holiday park. Wildlands Zoo in Emmen is just over half an hour away as well.
