This brand new luxury houseboat is ideal for a weekend getaway and certainly also for a longer vacation. The boat can be found in the small marina of Lemmer in Friesland. The waterway through the lively centre of Lemmer is a popular connection between the IJsselmeer and the Frisian Lakes. From the marina you can walk straight into the centre of Lemmer. Here, feast on the sugar bread and orange cake and stroll through the cosy centre and enjoy the beautiful old architecture.
The accommodation
The beautiful harbour lodge with a luxurious interior has modern amenities. The houseboat has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed), a bathroom (with shower and toilet) and a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room you will find a dining table, a sofa bed and a TV with the possibility of streaming via the hotspot of your own device. The accommodation is also equipped with air conditioning and two terraces with furniture. From the roof terrace, you have a beautiful view of the marina. From the lower terrace, you can splash right into the water. This is because the accommodation all has a swimming ladder.
Surroundings
Swimming and fishing are allowed in the water of the marina. In the harbour you can park for free and there is a cosy restaurant right next to the harbour. Lemmer is a real water sports place, both on and off the water. Lemmer has a waterway right through the centre. Nice to discover Lemmer from the water but also to watch all the passing boats from a terrace on the quay. At about 500 metres from the port, you will find a large swimming beach.
The Havenlodge is meant for enjoying on the water, but not for sailing.
