This comfortable 12-meter yacht is located in one of the most beautiful locations in the Netherlands. In the marina of Center Parcs Port Zélande, close to the sea! Near the Brouwersdam and the extensive beaches of Zeeland. In the immediate vicinity you will find delicious restaurants, cozy beach bars and recreational opportunities. You can enjoy extensive walking, cycling and a range of water sports options. You can also use various Center Parcs facilities (not free). Also from a cultural-historical point of view, you cannot be bored in this beautiful area.

Boat layout:
Large teak swimming platform. Spacious aft deck with seating and stairs to Flybridge. Spacious interior space with sliding glass doors and sliding windows (with curtains) with seating for 6 people, table, steering position with 2 seats, kitchen with refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven and stove with 2 burners. Nespresso machine and kettle. Entrance to interior space, downstairs area with stairs down, bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) or 2 twin beds, master bedroom with double bed (150 x 200). Bathroom with toilet and sink. There is a separate Bluetooth speaker from JBL for streaming music. There are USB charging options on board. Front deck with sun bed (180 x 220). There is a spacious Flydeck on top of the boat with a great view over the harbor!

A shower and toilet room can be found 50 meters away (free).
