Forest lodge (6p) at a nice campsite

This luxury 6-person forest lodge (max four adults) can be booked for a nice holiday in a versatile holiday park in Ootmarsum (Overijssel). Here you can enjoy unlimited Twente hospitality, excellent facilities and vast nature to explore.

The lodge is fully equipped with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living area, a spacious bathroom and a covered veranda. In the two double bedrooms, there are two separate box-spring beds. Upstairs is another sleeping accommodation for two children, a so-called bed box. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave oven. Of course, a flat-screen TV is not missing. There is garden furniture on the veranda. Waking up on this sunny terrace with a good breakfast is an absolute must. In addition, each lodge has a private bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. The accommodation has heating and can therefore be booked all year round.

The park
The park offers many facilities that will make anyone's stay even more worthwhile! Have fun in the indoor and outdoor pool (open from April 1 to October 1) or at the natural swimming pond. Afterwards, join us at the restaurant, where you can enjoy a snack and a drink on the terrace. Children can have hours of fun in the indoor playground or the central playground next to the restaurant terrace. During holiday time, there is an enthusiastic animation team present to entertain the kids. You can also play Fun Bowling at the park. With FunBowling you throw smaller and easily portable balls. The lanes are slightly more compact and shorter. You may play in your own shoes. The game is fast-paced, guaranteed to bring out the competitive beast in you. Fishing, miniature golf and tractor driving are also among the possibilities. Plus, there is free Wi-Fi everywhere on the premises, so you can stay in touch amidst all the fun activities.

The surroundings
The surroundings of the park are characterized by narrow streams, rolling hills, green meadows, moors and historic farms. You can explore the area via the extensive walking and cycling paths, available. You can bring your own bike, but bikes are also available for rent at the holiday park. A visit to the nearby nature reserve, Springendal is an absolute must for nature lovers. Fun day trips in the area include Nordhorn Zoo (across the border in Germany) and the open-air museum in Ootmarsum. But also amusement parks like Slagharen, Hellendoorn and de Waarbeek are all less than half an hour away.
