Spend the night in a 13th century castle

Located just a 25-minute drive from the city of Utrecht, this castle has a rich history and is one of the oldest castles in the province of Utrecht. Spending the night in the castle is a special experience. You sleep in a real castle with a medieval tower and many antiques, curiosities, art, and a warm and cozy atmosphere.

This unique, spacious suite has a large double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The luxurious and romantic room has an authentic decor which reminds you that you are sleeping in an actual castle. From your room, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

A continental breakfast is served every morning (in the barn or in the castle). Breakfast can also be served in your room (at an additional cost). Breakfast is included in the price.

After breakfast, you can take a lovely walk over the large estate and discover the storks in their nest next to the Castle. Eatch the chickens roaming freely, the ducks in the moat, and marvel at the deer coming into the orchard at dusk. When evening has fallen, you can have a nice drink in our cozy lounge, where the fireplace is crackling and you can have good conversations.

There is free private parking at the castle. When you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed and escorted to your room personally. The personal atmosphere is partly due to the fact that the owners also live on the estate.

Surroundings
In the surroundings of the castle, you can make beautiful bike or walking tours. You can also reach the center of Utrecht or Amersfoort within 30 minutes. Here you will find charming stores, good restaurants, museums and cozy terraces.
