Large vacation villa (12 people) in the Eifel

The beautiful nature and the possibilities for many memorable excursions make the Eifel one of the most popular areas for a holiday in Germany. This luxury holiday home for no less than 12 people is located in a beautifully situated holiday park in the Eifel and has a grandiose view of the green hills in the area.

The detached villa consists of three floors and has a living area of about 150m2. The house has a total of six bedrooms for two people (each with two single beds). There are also three bathrooms, two with a bath tub, a toilet, and a shower and one with a shower and a toilet. The cosy living room / dining room has a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a radio / CD player, a sofa, and a large dining table where you can spend some quality time with all the guests. The fully equipped open kitchen includes a gas hob, a combination microwave, and a dishwasher. From this room, you also have access to the balcony with garden furniture.

Of course, your accommodation has free Wi-Fi. You can park your car in the central car park, which lies within walking distance.

Park
The park has various facilities. Delicious warm rolls, fresh orange juice and various cold cuts and spread are available daily at the small supermarket in the park. The park restaurant offers a variety of dishes and an extensive children's menu for the little ones. There is also a pizzeria where you can eat in and take away pizzas to enjoy back in the villa. In the summer months, you can take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool at the resort. Enjoy the sunshine and delicious ice cream on the sun loungers by the pool. From your lounger, you have a breathtaking view of the Rur valley. There is also a lovely heated indoor pool! If you are eager to discover the surroundings, you can also make use of the bicycle rental at the park to explore.

The surroundings
There is also plenty to do in the vicinity of the park. Of course, you can go hiking or biking in the surrounding nature. A visit to the town of Monschau is also worthwhile. It is one of those picturesque towns you must experience. The small German city is located at the edge of the Eifel and the Belgian Ardennes. In the historic centre of Monschau, little has changed throughout the last 200 years. Would you rather do something more active? Then consider a day trip to the amusement park Phantasialand.

Due to its location, on a slope, this accommodation is not suitable for people in wheelchairs and therefore also not really suitable for people with mobility problems.
