- The building in which the suites are located is a semi-circular building. Because of this, each suite is different and each view is also different. One suite has more of an ocean view and the other has part boulevard view and part ocean view. We cannot specify in advance which room you will get.
- The suites are part of a (senior) residential tower. No noise or nuisance after 10:00 pm.
- The suites, terraces and French balconies at the suites are 100% smoke-free.
- Wind is unpredictable. Never leave doors open when you leave, even ajar!
- At wind force 5 or higher, it is forbidden to open the doors at the suites.
- Burning candles is not allowed.
- Het gebouw waarin de suites zich bevinden is een half-rond gebouw. Hierdoor is elke suite anders en ook elk uitzicht anders. Een suite heeft meer zeezicht en de andere heeft deels boulevardzicht en deels zeezicht. Wij kunnen vooraf niet aangeven welke kamer u krijgt.
- De suites maken onderdeel uit van een (senioren) woontoren. Geen geluid of overlast na 22:00 uur.
- De suites, de terrassen en de Franse balkonnetjes bij de suites zijn 100% rookvrij.
- De wind is onvoorspelbaar. Deuren nooit open laten als u weggaat, zelfs niet op een kiertje!
- Bij windkracht 5 of hoger is het verboden om de deuren bij de suites te openen.
- Het branden van kaarsen is niet toegestaan.
