How It Works
How do I connect Vipio to Claude?
It takes just a minute, and you don't need a Vipio account.
- Open this link. Claude opens the "Add custom connector" screen with the name Vipio and the address
https://www.vipio.com/mcpalready filled in. - Leave “No sign-in” selected and click Add.
- In your list of connectors, click on Vipio and then on Configure. Set the three tools to Always allow, so Claude doesn’t have to ask for permission every time.
- Start a new conversation and ask your question.
Works on claude.ai, in the Claude app for Mac and Windows, and in the app for iOS and Android. Is there another assistant that supports MCP? Add the same address as a connector there, without signing in.
Do I need a Vipio account?
No. You can search, read, and check prices without an account, without registering, and without providing payment information. You only enter your information when you book on vipio.com, just like with any other booking.
What can I ask?
Just use your own words. The more details you provide (destination, dates, company, preferences, budget), the better the answer will be. Asking follow-up questions during the same conversation also helps.
- "Find a treehouse in Drenthe for two, from December 11 to 14. How much does it cost?"
- "Which glamping sites in the Ardennes are available the weekend of March 14 for a family with two children?"
- “A cottage with a hot tub and sauna in Overijssel, three nights in February—only places rated 9 or higher.”
- “Tell me more about the second one. Is it available from May 2 to 5 for four people?”
The assistant searches through our accommodations, reads the listing page, and checks availability and price for your dates and company size. Each answer includes a link to the page on vipio.com.
Can I make a reservation through Claude?
No. The assistant searches and verifies the options; you make the booking yourself on vipio.com using the link in the answer. That way, you can see the full price, the terms and conditions, and the cancellation policy before you commit to anything, and you’re automatically covered by the Vipio Guarantee.
Are the prices and availability correct?
The price quoted by the assistant is the price shown on the booking page: for your dates and company size, including mandatory fees and excluding any fees you’ll pay on-site. For hotels with multiple room types, the assistant will quote the cheapest room and note that the price is an estimate. Availability and prices are subject to change, so be sure to check them on vipio.com before booking.
What information does Vipio receive?
Just what we need to search: destination, dates, company, preferences, and your question. Not your name, email address, account, or the rest of your conversation. We do not save your question.
