About this accommodation
This beautiful houseboat was built in 2020 and can be booked for a wonderful vacation with 4 people. The houseboat has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. If you want luxury and privacy during your water vacation, book now!
The boat is luxurious and modern. Because of the separate bedrooms you have plenty of space and privacy. There is also a luxury hot water shower on board. You can also use the small kitchen with a stove, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee machine. And if you want to relax, you can sit inside or on the roof terrace when the weather is less lovely. The roof terrace can be reached via a spacious spiral staircase. Here you can fully enjoy the view over the beautiful Maas valley. Because of its good insulation, the houseboat is also very suitable to be rented in winter, and you will probably always be warm. The houseboat has a Wifi connection. And because the helm is outside, there is extra space inside!
Would you like to go sailing with the houseboat? Then you can discuss this directly with the landlord after you have booked on Vipio. This includes an obligatory skipper training. If you already have a boating license, you can also take the skipper training. If you want to sail, but prefer to leave this to an experienced skipper, he or she can be hired for part of the day. If you want to sail the houseboat yourself, it is necessary to be present with at least 3 adults or with 2 adults and a strong teenager. To make sailing off and mooring a lot easier, the houseboat has a bow thruster. The houseboat can only be sailed during the months of April through October.
What you need to bring yourself:
Towels, comforter covers, hygiene items, detergent, food, drinks and of course common sense!
You also have the option of booking comforter covers and towels (bed and bath linen) with your reservation.
In connection with possible damage to the deck and for your safety, only shoes with a rubber sole may be worn on the houseboat.
Attention:
If you want to sail the boat you are required to follow a one-hour sailing training on site. This costs a one-time fee of 150 euros. Sailing costs 150 euros per day. Both can be paid on the spot by card or cash. You can decide on arrival whether you want to sail or not.
The deposit for the houseboat is € 100 when not sailing and € 1,000 when sailing. This is payable on the spot (card or cash).
The following costs must be paid on the spot.
